Vessel of Tainted Blood is a World of Warcraft object that can be found in The Hinterlands. This is due to the foul magical weavings of the Vile Priestess Hexx. I will admit I see this changing with gear in phase 3-4 (not the gameplay though blood tanking is the pits for enjoyability).
